At O'Exteriors, we make quoting easy and transparent. First, you reach out with your project details, and we provide a quick ballpark estimate to give you an initial idea of costs. Next, we schedule an on-site visit to take precise measurements and assess the scope of work. Once we have all the necessary details, we craft a detailed quote tailored to your project and send it your way-ensuring accuracy, clarity, and no surprises.

Our Quoting Process

Reach Out

First give us a call, text or email about your project details. No accurate measurements required. Just a short description of the project.

Quick Estimate

We can usually offer you a ball park estimate to give an idea of the costs of the project. Keep in mind this is a rough estimate to give you and idea of how much the project will cost, not an actual price.

Schedule Apoointment

We will then schedule an appointment to come out and take all the measurements needed to make an accurate quote. During the appointment we will also clarify everything you are looking to get done and what materials you want.

Quote

We will will work with you throughout the quoting process to clarify that everything will be exactly the way you want it. We will then send a detailed quote showing exactly how the project will play out and the price.

Our Working Process

Demo

When we arrive to the job, our team will carefully remove or demolish existing items that we will be replacing. Our crew takes pride in keeping the jobsite clean, so don't worry we wont leave you with a dirty yard.

Preparation

We like to set up the jobsite so we can complete the job as efficiently as possible. We will also confirm with you that our material placement and dumpster placement will not disturb you.

Building

When building or installing we like to keep everything in check so nothing is unknown. We practice proper safety measures and comply with all MiOsha Regulations to ensure safety.

Clean Up and Payment

When we complete the job we will schedule a post construction meeting with you. During this we will insure you are satisfied and that everything we have done is to your liking. At the completion of the meeting we will ask for the final payment.
